Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and sent back.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items purchased on final sale / clearance

  • Pre-order items (unless defective or damaged)

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

Please note: banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU law, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing before returning the item.
