PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE OR AFTER PURCHASING

If you are a new customer and have purchased a product labeled as "Pre-Made," your order will be processed and shipped as follows:

Same-day shipping if the order is placed during our active hours.

Next-day shipping if the order is placed outside of the active hours.

We do not ship on weekends as courier services are unavailable.

Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.
