If you are a new customer, please note that (new) products are currently pre-order. We do not stock large batches in advance, so by purchasing, you are supporting a small business.

EXPRESS SHIPPING NOTICE

Choosing express shipping does not speed up the pre-order process. Our orders are received in bulk from manufacturers before being shipped out. Once your package is dispatched, express shipping will ensure faster delivery, but it does not reduce processing times.

TRACKING INFORMATION

If you haven’t received a tracking number and only have a confirmation order number, this is completely normal. The tracking system may show “Ready to Ship” or “Leave a Review” incorrectly. Please do not rely on the shop app for updates—check with us directly or stay tuned to our Instagram stories for the latest information.

ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING

Tracking numbers will only be sent once shipping is close. You will receive an email or text with accurate tracking information. Once inventory arrives, we prepare your order before sending out tracking details.

Manufacturing Process
Production takes 30-60 days as items are made in bulk.

Inventory Arrival
Once production is complete, inventory arrives at our warehouse within 7-10 days.

Packing & Shipping
Orders are packed within 2-4 days and shipped with tracking. Delivery time depends on your location.
